Steven Utley, CPA

Steven Utley, Howard University alumnus and certified public accountant, brings nearly two decades of expertise in tax and accounting. His specialized industry knowledge spans healthcare, construction contracting, tax-exempt organizations, and international tax. Throughout his career, he has held key positions in the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), DC Office of Tax and Revenue, and Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation. He later established his own practice, S. Utley Money Management Outsource (SUMMO), because he believes quality financial services are not just a tool for the super-rich. In 2018 he began advising a close network of associates and has played a pivotal role in growing SUMMO's client base to mid-sized and large enterprises while continuing his mission of inclusion. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to community development, Utley continues to shape SUMMO's impact, helping entities thrive in an evolving financial world.
